We have participated in some of the most important mergers and acquisitions and distressed assets operations, long term financing and strategic advice transactions that have taken place in the region during the last ten years.

Within the agribusiness segment, CASA members have provided strategic and financial advice to companies such as Albaugh Inc (shareholder of Atanor SCA), Agropur, ARCOR, Celulosa Argentina SA, Friboi, GALOF, Grupo ASSA, La Serenisima, Los Yaros Agropecuaria SA, SanCor and Saputo among others.

More recently, we have expanded our client base with companies such as Atanor SCA, ASP, Compañía Azucarera Concepción SA, Bodega del Fin del Mundo SA and Grupo La Redención Sofro, among others.

Between 2003 and 2008, one of CASA’s partners participated in more than ten transactions involving the sale and management of distressed asset portfolios in excess of USD 9 billion, which included central and private banks in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic and Uruguay.
